  1. Germany Job Seeker Visa – Long Stay Visa

The Germany Jobseeker Visa is an initiative by the German Federal Government to encourage qualified, skilled immigrants to enter into the country, find a job of their choice, and settle to work in the long-term.

By obtaining this visa, a skilled worker gets access to the German job market.

  1. German Employment Residence Permit and Blue Card of Europe:

A blue card is a very beneficial blue card, it’s a type of work permit granted to those only who are able to have a job offer for more than 44,000 Euros salary per year. Any non-EU national if he is working in Germany or any European country can apply for the blue card if his salary is more than £ 44,000 per year. This is the eligibility requirement for the Blue Card.

Now for example, if in Germany you are not able to find a job of more than 44,000 Euro per year then there is nothing to worry about it, because on Germany Job seeker Visa, if you get a job less than 44,000 Euro, then you can apply for the German Employment Residence Permit and then after few months, if you get a promotion and you get an increase in salary, you will be able to apply for the Blue Card later on.

So, this is good news for the candidates that while in Germany Job seeker visa, you are able to at least secure a job and Germany Employment Residence Permit, which will lead you to the Blue Card. Four to five years of Blue Card in one EU country can give you Permanent Residency. But before the Permanent Residency, while being a Blue Card holder, you still will be having lots of benefits in Germany.

Another good news is, even if you don’t get a blue card and you live on Employment Residence Permit, you can call your family and you can get Permanent Residency after five years.
