Steps in Schengen Visa Application
Following are the steps in Schengen Visa Application:
Step No. 1:
Registration with Jupiter Immigration services.
Step No. 2:
Confirmation of appointment from the VFS Global Office, Gerrys or BLS Office in Pakistan representing relevant Schengen Embassy.
Step No. 3:
Once the appointment is made, we will prepare the case and get all the required documents ready before the submission. We will prepare the following documents on behalf of the client:
- Hotel Reservation
- Flight Reservation
- VFS Appointment Confirmation Receiving
- Travel Insurance
- Complete Tour Package with day wise activities listed in it
- Cover Letter for the candidate
- Visa Application Form Filling
On the clients end, following documents will be requested from the client:
- Passport Colored Copies all pages
- CNIC Colored Copies both sides
- 4 x Recent Passport Size Photographs with Matte Finish paper white back ground
- Bank Statement last 6 months (closing balance should be 5 lac rupees per person) – Last day
- Account Maintenance Certificate(Last day)
- NTN, Company Letter head, Visiting Card (For business people)
- FRC / MRC
- Polio Cards
- 2 Years Tax Returns (Optional)
Additional Documents Checklist:
Additional document will depend on the case to case basis like property documents if available. The customized checklist will be issued to the candidate depending upon the nature of the case.
Step No. 4:
Before the appointment date, you will be given the complete case file for you to submit your case in person in the VFS Office. You will physically go there and submit your documents and wait for the visa decision in 20 to 25 days of time.
Step No. 5:
After 20 to 25 days of submission, you will be notified by the VFS or Gerrys or BLS office on behalf of the embassy to collect your passports or it will be sent to your address as desired by you.
Step No. 6:
After visa approval, you may make your own travel and tour plan.
